One House, One Church, One Family

March 21, 2011 by Guest Author 7 Comments

My dad has been teaching a class on the book of John at my congregation the last several weeks. I'm not actually in the class, but living in his house I get all his brilliant insights anyway. Which is rather cool. :) Anyways, he brought up something about John 14:2 that I had never realized. The … [Read more...]

Editor's note: This article is a first. Up to this point, CFYC has only ever featured ladies' writing, but this post helps to give us, as women, a perspective that we need to hear. This is the first of a two part series from Anthony's blog. We will not be featuring the second part (as it's addressed … [Read more...]

A Gentle and Quiet Spirit

March 10, 2011 by Guest Author 3 Comments

Your adornment must not be merely external--braiding the hair, and wearing gold jewelry, or putting on dresses; but let it by the hidden person of the heart, with the imperishable quality of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is precious in the sight of God (1 Peter 3:3-4). “The hidden person of … [Read more...]

Dress Properly

Welcome to Come Fill Your Cup!

CFYC About Image Welcome! We are so glad you stopped by. Come Fill Your Cup is a group of Christian ladies dedicated to equipping women for study and service. We know you are busy and that life’s hectic pace pulls you in so many directions, but you can’t truly be the woman God desires unless you take time to fill your own cup…not with spa days (though we love a good spa!) or the latest novel…but with God’s Holy Word. We want to help you with that! Our goal is to reach you in the midst of your busy day and give you encouragement, education, and fellowship as you strive to live the life God has laid before you. Our prayer is that we can help fill your cup so that you, in turn, can overflow to all those around you. So, as we like to say…come fill your cup, and let it overflow!
