This isn’t Good (Part 2)

August 11, 2010 by Erynn Sprouse 1 Comment

Time to get those Bibles out again! Last week, we talked about who is guilty of sin: every single man and woman who has ever lived, save Jesus. This week, we’re going to look at just what sin is. Warning: sin is serious and if we’re striving to live for the Lord, it hurts when we see that … [Read more...]

Trust me and bear this pain.” I said, “Lord, I only love you In the sunshine, not the rain.”He asked, “My love, please trust me, My Will is best for you.” I said, “Harsh pain and suffering? I have better things to do!” He said, “You break my heart, But it is … [Read more...]

Pure on Purpose: review and excerpt

August 9, 2010 by Erynn Sprouse 5 Comments

Girls are so often urged to keep themselves pure, told that sex is for marriage only... and that's it! That's all they're told! Generally speaking, there are no instructions given on how to accomplish this task in a society that is increasingly focused on impurity. Nary a word is spoken on how to … [Read more...]

This isn’t Good

August 4, 2010 by Erynn Sprouse 3 Comments

“The good news is your son is fine.” If this is the start to a conversation and you weren’t aware there was a possibility of him not being fine, you may not fully grasp the good news.  For that very reason, we’ll start with the bad news. The good news is that salvation is available to all… but … [Read more...]

Welcome to Come Fill Your Cup!

CFYC About Image Welcome! We are so glad you stopped by. Come Fill Your Cup is a group of Christian ladies dedicated to equipping women for study and service. We know you are busy and that life’s hectic pace pulls you in so many directions, but you can’t truly be the woman God desires unless you take time to fill your own cup…not with spa days (though we love a good spa!) or the latest novel…but with God’s Holy Word. We want to help you with that! Our goal is to reach you in the midst of your busy day and give you encouragement, education, and fellowship as you strive to live the life God has laid before you. Our prayer is that we can help fill your cup so that you, in turn, can overflow to all those around you. So, as we like to say…come fill your cup, and let it overflow!
