Let It Overflow: Praying Through the Year

January 3, 2013 by Guest Author 12 Comments

I love getting cards in the mail. Something other than a bill is nice to see for everyone! I open the card to see who sent it, and when I read the name, I smile. A memory has surfaced of the last time I saw them or a time that we had spent together. And so at Christmas I do a lot of thinking of … [Read more...]

Teaching Children to Pray

December 12, 2012 by Guest Author 5 Comments

As parents our mandate to “train up a child...” (Proverbs 22:6) should go further than taking them to church. Our children need to be well trained in all areas of the life of a Christian. This means in Bible Study, evangelism, and benevolence. Sometimes there is one area that is overlooked. That is, … [Read more...]

Welcome to Come Fill Your Cup!

CFYC About Image Welcome! We are so glad you stopped by. Come Fill Your Cup is a group of Christian ladies dedicated to equipping women for study and service. We know you are busy and that life’s hectic pace pulls you in so many directions, but you can’t truly be the woman God desires unless you take time to fill your own cup…not with spa days (though we love a good spa!) or the latest novel…but with God’s Holy Word. We want to help you with that! Our goal is to reach you in the midst of your busy day and give you encouragement, education, and fellowship as you strive to live the life God has laid before you. Our prayer is that we can help fill your cup so that you, in turn, can overflow to all those around you. So, as we like to say…come fill your cup, and let it overflow!
