Filled with virtue and love
Is a gift and example,
Sent from Heaven above
The heart of a woman,
Is her husband’s delight
As she is his strong pillar,
Through the hardest of nights
The heart of a woman,
Is her children’s bright light
As she shelters from wrong,
And then guides towards right
The heart of a woman,
Is her friend’s joyous rest
Years of laughter and tears,
She gives only the best
The heart of a woman,
That trusts in the Lord
Is the heart of a woman,
Who yields His great sword
The heart of a woman,
Rubies cannot compare
To the heart of a woman,
With God’s love to share
