It’s been a little over 5 years since I met Erynn Sprouse. Since then, my life has been a whirlwind…in a good way. I have grown in ways I didn’t even think were possible. Everyone needs to find a friend like Erynn. Someone who sees the best in you and encourages you to reach your full potential on a daily basis. Someone that will always support you , but will also hold you accountable. Someone who wants to see you in Heaven far more than she wants to see you happy in the moment. She is one of the most godly women I have ever known and I am so blessed to be able to call her my best friend.
Words cannot begin to express how thankful I am for everything Erynn has done, for Christian women everywhere, but even more so for what she has done in my life. She has a desire above all to do everything she can to further God’s agenda. Even now, as she takes a step back from Come Fill Your Cup, she is doing so to strive to be the kind of wife and mother God desires. She will never fully understand the impact she has made on my life and on the lives of so many women around the world. I am humbled and honored to be stepping up in her place as editor-in-chief of ComeFillYourCup.com .
Today as we begin a new year, I want to share with you some of the exciting things coming your way. We have two young ladies on our team, Sarah Smith and Jayla Sparks, who are going to begin a new weekly series called “Beyond the Foam.” This series will be written by young women for young women and it’s purpose will be to spur one another to move past the milk and on to the meat of God’s word. In addition to this new series Karla Sparks will be bringing back an old favorite feature: “From the Heart of an Older Woman.” These articles will be written by mature women who have experience to share for wives, mothers and women in general. Scripture instructs us to listen to the council of women more wise and mature than ourselves and I’m excited to discover what these women have to share.
In 2016, we are going to try to utilize social media and technology to reach more people with this ministry that God has blessed us with. If you are on Twitter, Periscope, Facebook or Pinterest be sure to follow Come Fill Your Cup! Be on the lookout for more video based content as well.
There are so many things to look forward to this year, this is just a sneak peek of all we have in store. Please keep Come Fill Your Cup and me personally in your prayers. Pray that I have the wisdom and insight to steer this ministry in a way that honors God and ignites a passion for His word in all within our reach.

We know you are busy and that life’s hectic pace pulls you in so many directions, but you can’t truly be the woman God desires unless you take time to fill your own cup…not with spa days (though we love a good spa!) or the latest novel…but with God’s Holy Word.
