Bible Marking: Attitude Check

April 1, 2015 by Kathy Pollard 8 Comments

New To Bible Marking? CLICK HERE Do you remember the old illustration about Limburger cheese? Limburger cheese is a stinky cheese. The smell comes from the same bacteria that's responsible for body odor and smelly feet. One day a man was taking a nap. His mischievous young grandson decided to smear … [Read more...]

God’s Gift of Friends

March 30, 2015 by Guest Author 1 Comment

Friendships are a gift of love from our Heavenly Father above. I truly cherish the friendships God has blessed me with!  I am thankful for every unique individual that God has brought into my life. That is inclusive of my blood family, my in-laws, and especially my husband! Just family alone has … [Read more...]

Urgent

March 25, 2015 by Guest Author 13 Comments

We live in a very fast paced world. We can get an oil change in 15 minutes. We can get pizza delivered to our door in 30 minutes. We can get everything we want shipped the next day, even the kitchen sink. We can pump our gas from the "fastest pumps in town". We like express lanes, speedy … [Read more...]

Let It Overflow: Harbor in the Tempest

March 18, 2015 by Lacy Crowell 8 Comments

I am a professed people-watcher. If I had unlimited free time I could easily spend hours at a park, the mall, or even Wal-Mart, just watching the way people interact. I love to watch their body language, the way they dress, the way they speak to those around them, and even who individuals choose to … [Read more...]

Are You Distracted?

March 16, 2015 by Guest Author 1 Comment

Distractions are funny. They come in so many forms. I have two daughters—one is very logical, shy, and quiet while the other one is very talkative, outgoing, and busy. My outgoing daughter is known for beginning a conversation and then getting distracted by almost anything (I think she gets this … [Read more...]

Welcome to Come Fill Your Cup!

CFYC About Image Welcome! We are so glad you stopped by. Come Fill Your Cup is a group of Christian ladies dedicated to equipping women for study and service. We know you are busy and that life’s hectic pace pulls you in so many directions, but you can’t truly be the woman God desires unless you take time to fill your own cup…not with spa days (though we love a good spa!) or the latest novel…but with God’s Holy Word. We want to help you with that! Our goal is to reach you in the midst of your busy day and give you encouragement, education, and fellowship as you strive to live the life God has laid before you. Our prayer is that we can help fill your cup so that you, in turn, can overflow to all those around you. So, as we like to say…come fill your cup, and let it overflow!
