My husband and I are usually the last ones in our circle of friends to buy the latest gadget. We were the last to get a flat screen TV and the last to switch to smart phones, but recently I joined the fitness tracker club when I was gifted with a Fitbit. Wearing a wristband 24-7 that tracks so much … [Read more...]
Let It Overflow:”Left Side! Strong Side!”
Any movie aficionado knows exactly what I’m talking about when I say, “Left Side! Strong Side!” One of my favorite movies of all time is Remember the Titans. This movie chronicles the journey of a small-town Virginia high school football team during the integration of the schools in 1971. As the … [Read more...]
His Heart Trusts in Her
I've been thinking of the passage "The heart of her husband trusts in her," Proverbs 31:11 a. Why? Because I've been having moments of selfishness. Oh, I don't want to be selfish, but I have had these moments lately. And as I ponder those moments, this verse keeps coming to my mind. So I decided … [Read more...]

Have you read Sarah Fallis’ second Drama of Redemption book? Its title (subtitle, really) is Walking With Jesus Through The Prophets. Let me make you want to read it, if you haven’t. Welcome! We are so glad you stopped by. Come Fill Your Cup is a group of Christian ladies dedicated to equipping women for study and service. We know you are busy and that life’s hectic pace pulls you in so many directions, but you can’t truly be the woman God desires unless you take time to fill your own cup…not with spa days (though we love a good spa!) or the latest novel…but with God’s Holy Word. We want to help you with that! Our goal is to reach you in the midst of your busy day and give you encouragement, education, and fellowship as you strive to live the life God has laid before you. Our prayer is that we can help fill your cup so that you, in turn, can overflow to all those around you. So, as we like to say…come fill your cup, and let it overflow!
