Michelin, Steel Belted, Radial Tires

Women often complain that their husbands have trouble expressing love to them. Some men live by the old saying, “I told you when we married that I loved you, and if I ever change my mind, I’ll let you know.” Some men say they don’t like all that emotional stuff and that they are uncomfortable with … [Read more...]

Did You Know?

December 14, 2010 by Guest Author 3 Comments

I've been researching Christmas and this is just a small bit of information I have found (there is indeed much more)... Did you know? Jesus was more than likely not born in the winter time. Luke 2:8 records that shepherds were in the field with their flocks at the time of Jesus' birth, but such … [Read more...]

Training Children During Worship (Part 1)

December 13, 2010 by Guest Author 11 Comments

I am the mommy of nine wonderful children. God happened to save the last two littlest ones for our older age and they happen to be two precious, rambunctious four and seven year old boys. To say that they have stretched the limits of our patience, at times, would be an understatement. If you were to … [Read more...]

From the Heart of an Older Woman: Show Them How!

December 9, 2010 by Tami Roberts 4 Comments

As Christian mothers we all want to raise faithful children.  I want to give you some practical tips to help you do that.  These I have learned by what has worked, not only with my children, but what I have seen in others. Have your children in Bible class. You should be there anyway. Yes, you … [Read more...]

The Ultimate Blood Donor

December 8, 2010 by Guest Author 5 Comments

A few weeks ago, I donated blood for the first time. Donating is a really cool experience, and much more rewarding than I thought it would be. There’s something about knowing you’ve saved a life that gives you an incredible feeling. I highly recommend it. However, that’s not the important part. … [Read more...]

A Great Reason for Thanksgiving

December 7, 2010 by Guest Author 4 Comments

"But God be thanked that though you were slaves of sin, yet you obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine to which you were delivered" (Romans 6:17). When one obeys the gospel of Christ, it is truly a great reason for thanksgiving!   Let's consider why God is to be thanked. First, we thank God … [Read more...]

Welcome to Come Fill Your Cup!

CFYC About Image Welcome! We are so glad you stopped by. Come Fill Your Cup is a group of Christian ladies dedicated to equipping women for study and service. We know you are busy and that life’s hectic pace pulls you in so many directions, but you can’t truly be the woman God desires unless you take time to fill your own cup…not with spa days (though we love a good spa!) or the latest novel…but with God’s Holy Word. We want to help you with that! Our goal is to reach you in the midst of your busy day and give you encouragement, education, and fellowship as you strive to live the life God has laid before you. Our prayer is that we can help fill your cup so that you, in turn, can overflow to all those around you. So, as we like to say…come fill your cup, and let it overflow!
